IT Analyst & API Specialist Fluent in English

As an IT Analyst & API Specialist you will be in charge of customers’ integrations and support of e-commerce platforms. You will provide technical assistance to the Sales team as well as technical assistance when visiting and onboarding customers. Besides that you will manage IT services related to infrastructure, workstations and network areas, including customer interfaces.

- Act as a technical expert you will be responsible for pre-sales activities, providing technical implementation details and interfaces’ design recommendations;- You will manage the technical implementation of customers, for example API, file upload or online accounts, including testing of the software;
- You will provide first & second level support to customers by managing technical queries and issues;
- You will monitor scripts to minimize disruption to business and customers;
- The documentation related to customers integration is also part of your tasks;
- Manage IT external parties, used for labelling PF and workstation / infrastructure services this means that you will have to be part of different IT projects;
- Over all, you will be the main point of contact for key users of our client’s e-commerce applications (A-shipping, A-Tracking), and local systems (Eurosys, IT-mästeren) by providing support, training and user keeping track of account administration. You will represent the IT team both on the Benelux and Norwegian market.


- You have a Degree in Computer Information System or a similar education;
- You have excellent knowledge of the English and Dutch language. Besides this, a good command of
German is preferred;

- Excellent communication skills and able to effectively communicate with technical and non technical
audience are a must for this role as well.


- You have proven experience in the following technologies: CSV, EDI, FTP, API, JSON, XML, SQL together
with a good knowledge of MS Office applications and
a strong focus on Soap / Rest Web services;
- Your personality can be described as: social, motivated, pro-active and honest with a keen eye for detail;
- You also have experience in technical customer support, troubleshooting and running a service desk;
- You like to work in a team and you are assertive in approaching your colleagues and clients
- Working with different countries and cultures does not scare you.
