Description:

In this role you will be responsible for interfacing with key customers, company service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.  You will determine the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc.  May schedule field service repair calls, handle request for additional company materials and maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing and resolves return credit problems. 

Main tasks

  1. Provide quality responses to delivery, price, commission, and new product inquires and requests.
  2. Act as an information source on customer service issues to customers.
  3. Maintain customer contact and other applicable records within the Onyx CRM database, or other systems, as may be required.
  4. May answer non-technical questions regarding products, warranties, and services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this position, we expect the candidate to bring 
• Intermediate (MBO) level or equivalent in experience. 
Fluency in German & English & Dutch language required. 
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and anticipate potential problems and commercial opportunities. Good communication skills, both oral and written. 
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
