The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. This individual is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing office supplies, coordinating with warehouse personnel, and serving as a liaison between the sales and administrative teams. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, administrative experience, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management:
    • Place orders for office supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials.
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
    • Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
    • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
  • Warehouse Coordination:
    • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
    • Ensure proper organization and storage of inventory to optimize space and accessibility.
    • Address any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations promptly.
  • Sales and Administrative Interface:
    • Act as a bridge between the sales and administrative teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
    • Assist sales personnel with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries.


What do we expect from you?

  • at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • You speak English fluently. Knowledge of any other European language is a big plus.
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
