Technical Customer Support native level German speaking

Currently, we are looking for someone to join the technical support team. You will be working in a small, international team.
Some of your tasks will be:

• Ensuring the correct and appropriate answers are given following the procedures
• Answering questions from customers via e-mail using MS Outlook and / or MS Internet Explorer
• Answering difficult technical issues
• Ensuring a proper call registration
• Maintaining a good communication with colleagues
• Consulting the direct supervisor if threatened escalation
• In consultation with the immediate supervisor can be used on multiple workstations
• Take care to properly comply with the established quality guidelines call the contact section
• Upon request backup support for RMA or repair


First of all, we are looking for someone who is motivated with great communication skills.
Besides that, we would like you to have:

• (at least) VMBO degree
• Business fluent in German and English (both oral and written). Dutch would be a plus!
• Flexible
• Studious
• Affinity with computers
• Willing to keep knowledge up to date
