What will you do?
As a Technical Customer Support you form the link between international customers on the one hand and the internal after-sales organization and other internal stakeholders on the other. You significantly contribute to the excellent performance of the company systems in the field.

  • You will be managing international customer demand across the board.
  • You are the single point of contact and advise the customer both re-actively and proactively in terms of solutions, giving quotations and preparing the deployment of service engineers or the shipment of parts.
  • You are the customer coordinator in all areas both on technical and commercial and you know how to build a good relationship with the clients.
  • You have contact with internal and external stakeholders (German & French speaking markets)
  • You handle and report on both the substantive and financial sides of the projects.
  • You always see opportunities to go the extra mile for clients with the products and services. Finally, you look at what can be improved in the follow-up phase so that you continue to learn and develop.
  • The job includes regular national and international client visits.
  • You communicate proactively and ensure that the various colleagues and departments provide the necessary information. 
  • You have experience in a technical after-sales/service environment and can contribute with your knowledge and expertise to the further design and professionalization of the work processes (in an ERP environment)

Requirements:

Who are you?

  • Professional Education level of work and intellect. This could be a commercial background with an affinity for technology, but also a technical background with commercial drive
  • If you don't have the technical background, it's important that you are willing to learn and have a keen interest in machinery (mechanical, hydraulics, electrical etc.)
  • You like to visit customers from time to time to discuss offers for the “bigger” job
  • You have a high proficiency of German (C1-C2) & French (C1-C2 level) and fluency in English, Dutch is an advantage - not a must.
  • You have relevant work experience in a technical-commercially oriented, service-oriented position
  • You have good communication skills and are very proactive and customer-oriented
  • You think in terms of opportunities and solutions and have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You are a service-oriented but critical person who does not shrink from bringing matters to the attention of customers, sales staff and the internal organization
  • You have a valid working permit for the Netherlands (Our client doesn't not offer sponsorship)
  • You are living in Groningen area

Salary Benefits:

  • This is a full time position - 40 hours per week. Long term
  • The salary is between € 2800 - € 4000 depending on work experience and education. The salary is monthly gross.
