You are the single point of contact for our customers in an international team of Special Services Experts You receive customer requests by phone or mail and you handle proposals by finding extraordinary and perfect solutions under time pressure You calculate and organise individual transport solutions either by air, rail or road and track all transports and transport partners involved in the solution offered You cost-efficiently purchase services from our subcontractors and partners and pro-...


  • You do have a Bachelor degree and a background in transport and logistics
  • You have a thorough knowledge of operational processes and services as well as an understanding of supply chain processes
  • You are familiar with the airfreight industry and are sovereign in talking to customers
  • You are a communicator and a team player
  • You work accurately and are extremely service-orientated
  • You are willing to work in shifts and sometimes in evening hours and the weekend
  • You are fluent in speaking and writing English and French; Dutch is a plus
