The role
Our client is looking for individuals eager to develop the company’s next customer sales campaigns, drive revenue and convert new business opportunities. You will work directly with their clients’ most interesting and demanding customers: helping them to better understand their needs, develop product forecast models and deliver a strong overall customer experience. The Commercial Lead reports to the Commercial Leader.

You will be:
  • Taking care of the entire customer experience, collecting payments, and coordinating order logistics
  • Directing customer order forecasts to ensure assigned customer segment meets projections
  • Optimizing service levels to ensure a strong customer experience
  • Expanding revenue within assigned customer segment through multi-faceted engagements, including face to face, phone, and web-based platforms (email, IM, etc.)
  • Strengthening customer relationships by providing high quality support
  • Utilizing CRM, ERP and other platforms to capture customer-related data and daily activities

Requirements:

What you have to offer
  • You completed a bachelor’s degree in Chemical disciplines or Business Administration, Management, or Marketing with relevant work experience
  • You have one or maximum four years of work experience
  • You are experienced in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • You have experience in selling in a B2B environment
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit with strong adaptability, creativity and drive to succeed
  • You are a strong team player, motivated and extremely customer centric
  • You have solid negotiation skills
  • You have analytical and problem-solving ability
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You have experience in customer account management or customer service
  • You have strong German and English skills. Italian would be a big plus
