- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Experience with CRM systems (SAP, SFDC, etc.) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
As an Operational Support Specialist, your day will involve a variety of tasks focused on efficiently resolving customer issues. You'll be the first point of contact for many, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle incoming complaints related to tariff changes and pricing adjustments
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and provide accurate responses
- Document and track all complaints and resolutions in relevant systems (SAP, SFDC, TrackWise, etc.)
- Adapt to evolving applications and company policies and procedures
