International HR & Safety Assistant

Job description:
The company is looking for an International HR & Safety Assistant who is primarily responsible for fulfilling two responsibilities:
1. Support and assist in Human Resources function
a. Recruiting and staffing
b. Benefits and policy administration
c. Maintenance of PeopleSoft and payroll data
d. Support employee and labor relations
e. Assist in ensuring compliance with all legal and corporate guidelines

2. Support and assist in Safety
a. Implement, administer and maintain the organization’s health and safety programs
b. Conduct facility audits to ensure compliance
c. Oversee safety committees
d. Responsibility to ensure high quality standards are established and maintained



• 3-5 years work experience in HR & ARBO, Health and Safety
• Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in French; excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Conversational level of Dutch and German is a plus (verbal and communications skills)
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals and HR basics
• Willingness to travel (on a quarterly base 2-3 times)
• Level of accuracy (able to do administration with a little risk of making mistakes)
• Driving license is required to have
