Inside Sales speaking native level German



Job descriptionOur client is looking for a sales assistant for the German and Switzerland markets. You will be responsible for the communications with team leaders and coaches who are interested to participate. Your other responsibilities will be to handle the sales administration and various marketing services. You will be delivering excellent communication skills (by phone and in person) to your clients. You are familiar with the culture of football clubs in the area and understands the ambitions and motives of coaches and team leaders. Technical requirements include an education on college level, the knowhow of English and the experience of working with MS office or a similar program.

1. Direct Sales of the tournament packages in a designated area

Your tasks include;
- Preparation and execution of telemarketing on relation database (re-buy)
- Prioritizing key customers & visiting key customers
- Constantly maintaining and improving relations with clients

2. Administration of the Sales process
- All client communication: offers, booking, payment information and reminders, travel information and enquiry
- Handling of additional questions for special requests or extra capacity by clients to HQ
- Complaint handling
- Translation of product information in local language

3. Development of (commercial) network in order to improve Sales
- Handling of new leads in a commercial way
- Translation of general Marketing campaigns in the local language
- Gathering and analysis of relevant information on competition (market and product)


Job requirements

• Are you a native German speaker or has lived for a long period in a country where German is the spoken language
• Do you have experience in sales by phone and carries out activities in a systematic way.
• A culture of the sport clubs and regional sport organisations.
• Do you thrive on sales results?
• Are you flexible and able to work irregular hours in the sales season (Aug-Dec)

Also he/she must:
• speak, write and read German and English (by preference)
• be willing to travel from time to time
