Online Content Manager - native level German speaker



Our client is looking for a qualified Content Manager to join the Web & Content Management team. You will be responsible for creating, improving, maintaining and publishing content in German for their functional channels. Their functional channels support customers in their self-service actions and include online banking apps and web applications plus online customer service touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues from the Customer eXperience team as well as the Development and Compliance teams.

• Collaborate with Design and Feature Development teams to plan and develop content, style and layout
• Create and publish engaging content
• Edit, proofread and improve existing content and content from other (copy) writers
• Liaise with other copy writers to ensure brand consistency
• Optimize content according to SEO
• Maintain and distribute content via content management systems such as Sitecore and Localize. Use such systems and analytics reports to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics


• Native level German, excellent spoken and written
• Good level of English
• You are interested in customer engagement
• Proactive
• You enjoy creating and optimising functional content
• You are able to oversee all functional content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience
• You are able to coordinate between different departments and stakeholders
• You perform well under deadlines and have eye for details
