Marketing Assistant - excellent level German speaker



- Supporting role to the marketing department (German market)
- Support in administrative tasks in the marketing department, organization of meetings, agenda-keeping, invitations and reservations – for the international and German team
- Copy writing & proof reading: FAQs, emails, social media posts, other minor writing requests
- Software, website & app testing for Austria & Germany (content & functionality)
- Competitor monitoring, press monitoring & evaluation
- Reporting: daily, weekly, monthly reports according to a standard format
- Issue management (knowledge of JIRA is a plus): logging of tickets, follow-up with team, IT and other parties to drive quickest solution
- Reviews & client feedback monitoring – internal & external platforms
- Market / target group / other upon-request research
- Communication by phone / email with partners and agencies where necessary (occasional briefing of those, in accordance with the team)
- Create presentations etc. upon request by marketing or product managers
- Track changes in competitor pricing
- Use client service tools and systems (will be trained) for the following purposes:
- Client issues and complaints: prepare client information,
- Monitoring client lists and update them
- Support client services in creating client answers, FAQs, reporting issues structurally
- Be the point of contact between marketing & client services


- Native level German, excellent spoken and written
- Good level of English
- Educational background, preferably in marketing
- Interested in customer engagement;
- Affinity with online marketing and online products
- Knowledge of MS Office package

Work Hours:
