Danish Customer Service - Bicycle Industry - part-time


Love bikes? Why not make a profession out of it and join an international bike startup located in Amsterdam? As a Customer Service Representative you will provide support to Danish & English customers. You will be answering client queries by chat, phone and by email. This is a part-time role for at least 16 hours per week.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling special requests and advise customers by chat, phone and e-mail;
  • Delivering high level of customer service;
  • Actively participate in various projects within the department.


The ideal candidate for this role meets the following requirements:

  • Has excellent communication and problem solving skills;
  • Takes responsibility and ownership;
  • Is passionate about helping customers;
  • Is fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English;
  • Available part-time for at least 16h per week;
  • In possession of a valid work -and residence permit.
