In the role of Customer Success, you’ll be responsible for engaging with new and existing clients within the DACH region. You will also take over the onboarding and training these clients online and on site. All this also entails a tight collaboration with everyone involved, i.e. software development, sales and after sales.

Requirements:

The ideal profile of a Customer Success Manager

  • Tech savvy and interested in upcoming industries such as e-mobility
  • B2B experience in managing large accounts in the DACH region
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take ownership
  • Experience in IT or engineering is a big plus
