Regional Project Manager



Our client, a leading player in the IT industry is currently looking for a Regional Project Manager that supports the Regional and the Global Channel Marketing teams to deliver multiple projects with their Partners in Western Europe.


Project Management across min of 6 countries:

  • Overall project management at the country level, with close collaboration with the Channel Marketing leads for this project in country
  • Communication management of all projects related activities
  • Coordinate site layouts and manage field landing execution
  • Field landing escalation and project related communications
  • Support all field team escalations on a weekly basis with a response SLA of 3 work days until resolution
  • Performance metric measurement, including exceptions and field data gathering
  • Stakeholder coordination (field and corporate) to ensure project milestones are met
  • Provide detailed reporting of project landing activities including PO’s, Invoices and all budget related reporting at a country level weekly
  • Follow procurement practices sustain company’s compliance standards across all operational activities
  • Understand retailer and consumer demographics and trends in each market
  • Coordinate and manage install dates/windows (including blackout dates) in accordance with production/freight schedules based on pre-installation checklist

Position Requirements/Qualifications

  • Min 8-10 years + relevant experience in Retail/Channel Marketing/Marketing/Retail Sales/Retail operations/ Customer facing PM or Account Manager
  • Project Management (detail orientated & excellent at managing milestones) & Communication skills (simplifying the complex for a wider audience)
  • Solution orientated, focused on delivering the end results with strong influencing skillsMarketing/Business Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Self-starter, Dynamic, personable and comfortable with ambiguity; works well under pressure and deadlines
  • Creative problem solver with strong customer/partner facing experience
  • Proven track record in supporting customer’s during a global product or service launch – ideally with Consumer Technology products
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, OneNote, SharePoint (other relevant project management software)
  • English is the business language
