Product Owner Online Training Amsterdam

Are you an experienced Product Owner or Project Manager with a passion for e-learning, online training and education? Then this might be the perfect position for you.
As Product Owner Online Training you are responsible for organising the production flow online training, including deliverables, planning and steering/ solving dependencies, and product delivery. This means collaborating closely with the development team and ensuring all the product requirements are well-defined and executed in time. You will report to the Product Manager Online Training and work closely with the Team Leader LMS, Team leader Learning Experiences, Coordinators and various internal stakeholders in Marketing, IT and the Knowledge Centre. 
Responsibilities

• To organise the production flow for the creation of content/learning materials for our LMS (Learning Management System);
• To improve time-to-market and effectiveness of our training offering through process optimization;
• To develop product features that are beneficial for our customers;
• To manage projects in synergy with other stakeholders across disciplines and departments to achieve overall strategic goals;
• To help translate strategies for the Online Tax Training platform to develop tasks;
• To implement a process to support the Online Tax Training platform in program design and delivery;
• To facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, promoting a culture of transparency and trust;
• To encourage the development team to share their ideas and insights, and incorporate this feedback into the development process.

Requirements

• Professional and intellectual capacities at bachelor or higher professional education level; 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a project manager/ product owner, preferably in an e-learning, online business-to business publishing or training environment;
• Strong personality with good communication skills;
• Extensive knowledge of current, relevant digital technologies and platforms;
• Knowledge of and experience in the information and knowledge industry is crucial;
• Experience with learning solutions is a big advantage;
• Experience with starting a product development process from a user perspective is a great advantage – a keen eye and ear for identifying customer wants and needs.
