Conference Sales Professional

We are looking for a full-time Conference Sales Professional, responsible for driving delegate numbers, and growing the business conference platform. The candidate will assist the development of the company, and will ensure that all events are successfully marketed and launched to the market meeting set targets.

You are responsible for:

• Developing and executing the sales strategy and event-specific sales plans
• Establishing new partnerships and develop existing relations with industry companies and associations
• Develop and implement plans to increase the delegate and attendee numbers
• Conduct direct sales activities
• Finding new business opportunities


• Education level: HBO
• 3-5 years of working in a sales environment• Strong organizational and project management skills, can-do attitude, multi-tasking, problem-solving, attention to detail
• Proven track record for increasing delegate numbers in a commercial environment
• Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Multicultural experience
• Flexible personality
• Availability to travel to selected international events
• A team player
• No 9-5 mentality
