With currently 11 MOXY Hotels in operation and many more to open the coming years we need someone who can assist our amazing crew in order for them to focus their energy on the guests!

Moxy Support Agent:
  • handles customer inquiries
  • handles emails
  • invoice enquiries
  • any other help that is needed from the crew at the different MOXY Hotels.
You will work closely with the teams at the hotels in order to support them in order for them to focus on the guests. You need to have strong communication skills, be structured, service minded and have an understanding of hotel operations.

1. High school diploma or GED; 1 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
2. Fluent command in English and German – written and spoken.
3. Experienced in working with Opera.
4. Knowledge of the daily operations in a hotel.
5. Team player

Additional information
This role is performed on a Monday – Friday basis with day and evening shifts.
Weekend shifts might apply as well.

Full time hours per week
