Front Office / Receptionist

Horeca / Tourism
Amsterdam
Do you like meeting people from all over the world and you often find yourself helping tourists find their way in Amsterdam? Are you considered to be friendly, vibrant and responsible? If “yes”, then we are looking for you! We are now seeking for full or part time receptionists to join our Front Office team for the afternoon and morning shifts.

Who we are?

We are a two-star hotel located in the heart of the nightlife district of Amsterdam. Our hotel is always fully booked by youngsters that come to party in Amsterdam, or travelers and families that want to explore the Netherlands.

We work in an international environment and where all our communication is in English (Dutch speakers more than welcome!). We have a great Front Office team, which is available 24/7 for our guests and we make sure we do our best for them. Our reception team is responsible for all the arrivals in the hotel, processing the check-ins, check-outs, reservations and handling payments.

Before starting to work with us you will have a training (about 10 hours in total), tailored made and based on your needs before your first shift! Experience therefore, is not mandatory!
