Payroll Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process weekly and monthly payroll administration
  • Complete monthly/weekly salary, tax, and social security reconciliations
  • Quarterly and year-end closing procedures including audit
  • Manage queries with operations teams and payroll provider
  • Manage staff queries and company affairs with HMRC
  • Produce P60, P45, P11D's, PSA and other HMRC records
  • Prepare and check PAYE and NI Inland Revenue submissions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic filing system
  • Identify and implement process improvements, organize current procedures, and implement any other changes beneficial to the team and the company

Requirements:

Qualifications * 2+ years' payroll experience with comprehensive knowledge of UK Payroll and current statutory legislation * Bachelor's level degree * Thorough understanding of Pension auto enrolment * Accurate, well-organized, customer service oriented * Ability to identify and set priorities in an ever changing workload * Advanced Excel knowledge and experience in using MS Office Products * Responsible and committed to meet team goals and deadlines * Energetic personality with a positive attitude * Strong communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English Offer Client * Monthly salary between € 2.600 and € 3.300 * Numerous career development opportunities * Travel allowance * Working in an exciting international environment in Amsterdam * Working for an inspiring company with a mission Are you the Payroll Coordinator we are looking for?
