Our client is a global leader in high-quality jewellery with over 40 offices in 170 countries and 2350 stores. They are looking for a Senior Customer Service Specialist with excellent Dutch, French and English skills to join their team in Paris.
Please note: The location of the role is in Paris, France.
Job Profile for Senior Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Process purchased orders for retail stores & B2B Partners, both automatically and manually. This will also include checking to ensure all the data points, priority codes and other aspects of the order are correct prior to approval in SAP
  • Maintain accurate and up to date daily sales log for end products, communication & VM tools
  • Process consigned orders
  • Take special care of key account customers
  • Supervise transfers between stores
  • Handle returns on stock, coordinate the whole process, liaise with the local warehouse outlet for credit notes issuing and goods reception, consolidation of data and accurate follow ups
  • Act as a primary contact for SR and IR store requests, including delivery follow up, product availability, invoicing, credit notes, returns and other relevant requests
  • Support the head of customer service in creating and maintaining policies and procedures
    • Identify process improvement opportunities
    • Set up an overall customer service process guideline and service level agreement (SLA)
  • Oversee the management of Masta Data & SAP key user (automation processes)
  • Maintain customer accounts by the creation and updates of accounts in SAP, CRM & Store finder data maintenance
  • Responsible for stock-take accuracy and inventory process (SIM project, Cycle counts & Annual inventories coordination)
  • Liaise with the consumer service provider which is based in Barcelona. Set up efficient communication work flow and after sales processes, follow up on KPI’s and act as a primary contact for Consumer Escalation Cases
  • Provide monthly and ad hoc reports, such as, under-over deliveries/ returns/ backorders/ transfers/ marketing promotion analysis for Partners
Candidate Profile for Senior Customer Service Specialist
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor degree is required
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar function
  • Knowledge of SAP software is a must
  • Very strong computer skills, especially Excel
  • Customer service mind-set and very good organizational skills
