French Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a representative for our French customer service. You will be in touch with our customers to answer all their claims pre and post-sales.

You will take care of our customers with support from an international team. Via email, chat, phone and through social media, you will be in contact with customers to help them and answer their questions.

You will work with music, in an open space, in an office facing the canals.

You will benefit from a customer service and optical training.
