who are you
Are you interested in the position as customer service representative and are wondering whether you would be a good match? Here is what we are looking for:

  • You are a (near) native Swedish speaker and master English on a C1 level;
  • You have an MBO level 4 or higher;
  • You are available between 24 and 40 hours for 7 days per week (exceptions can be made) from 9:00 to 21:00;
  • You have experience in the field of customer service;
  • You are customer-oriented and have a business approach.

what will you do
What will you do as a Swedish-speaking customer service representative?

  • You will inform customers of the Swedish market about the company and its products;
  • You will support customers with questions about the status of their orders, delivery, damages and returns.
