In this role, you would be involved in all aspects of the customer experience. You would process customer data, incoming orders, backorders, and other items of service in the ERP (Navision) system, as well as send invoices for delivered orders, prepare credit notes and return orders.Most importantly, you will provide class-A customer service to maintain a good relationship with our clients customer-base. You will be in touch with customers via telephone and e-mail and be responsible for evaluating and processing their requests. To maintain a positive customer experience, you’ll ensure proper logistics planning and contact the warehouses when necessary. All-in-all, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the customer’s experience is a good one.


- A college degree in administration or a similar field of study;
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role;
- A proactive and team mindset;
- Knowledge of / experience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus);
- An excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken (required);
