Customer Service Representative - Mandarin, English, and Dutch speaker

Our client is looking for an employee for the Customer Service and supply chain department. You will function as the contact point for customers from all around the globe, both B-C and B-B-C. Your primary task is to provide customers with the best service and to treat them with utmost care. On a daily basis you will be in close contact with our client's customer service colleagues in China, as well as with shipping companies in the Netherlands. You will be monitoring the customer orders and make sure the orders are processed and shipped within the agreed time. Your colleagues will place most of the purchase orders, but sometimes you will need to place purchase orders as well.


• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience with customer service is a must
• Fluent in Dutch and English as well as good Mandarin (spoken and written)
• HBO level minimum
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus
• Communicatively strong and customer friendly
• Solution oriented
• Flexible, no 9-5 mentality

Work Hours:

32-40 uur hours per week
