Client Technical Support – Excellent level Danish speaker

For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for someone who can support our existing accounts with technical enquiries. Your role is to exceed expectations with your passion and knowledge of their products. Clients will turn to you for technical guidance and for advice on making the most out of the product.

Main responsibilities:
• Answering email and telephone inquiries
• Resolving issues and maintaining oversight of the process
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying fixes
• Investigating complex technical faults and working closely together with other departments
• Keeping on top of product knowledge and developments


• Professional proficiency in Danish and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Two years experience in a similar role
• You are a flexible team player that knows how to manage time
• You enjoy sharing your findings with other
• Knowledge about vehicle electronics, telecommunications or SaaS
• Basic PC knowledge is needed, having sufficient experience with Windows OS and browsers
