We are looking for a competent part-time Office Assistant to help our management with the runningof the daily administrative operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail, discretion, and able to incorporate new and effective ways to achieve better results.

 


Responsibilities
•Organize office and assist colleagues in ways that optimize procedures
•Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
•Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
•Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity information
•Assisting management with legal paper work, such as contracts and official administrations
•Taking care of payable invoices from suppliers
•Make reports if necessary


Requirement
•Must be fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
•Some experience in a similar position is a plus
•You are familiar with Microsoft word, excel and office

What we offer?

•Salary € 2000 - € 2300 per month (based on full time) + up to € 250 maximum travel reimbursement.
•25 days paid holiday per year (based on full time)

24 to 32 hours hours per week
