As an Inside Sales Representative you are primarily responsible for the following responsibilities:

• Pro-actively develops and manages strong business relationships
• Consultatively sells products and services, prepares quotes, follows up on orders, and solves client-related problems
• Routinely identifies new opportunities to market
• Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads or accounts in order to start sales process
• Manages client expectations during the sales process
• Create and deliver qualified opportunities to the management team

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Native French
• Excellent command of English• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and, in particular, the ability to craft professional e-mails and client-related documents
• Demonstrated customer service and account service
• Two or more years experience in sales
• Ability to prioritize, and a sufficient level of time management skill• Highly effective tele-sales skills, including professional demeanor, artful negotiation skills, and outstanding phone etiquette
