Within this position you will be developing and maintain relationships with your dealers and clients. With your excellent communication skills you will be providing your clients with professional advice regarding technical knowledge and supporting their product portfolio. This position also requires some sales tasks and you will be issuing and following up on quotations and handling customer requests. You will also be interacting with your clients and you will be coordinating the school attendees each month, joining them for lunch and/or dinner.


• 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department
• A native level of the Swedish language and excellent communication skills
• Technically literate or have affinity with technical products
• Initiative, adaptability, representative and professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
• Ability to prioritize tasks and requests
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
