General Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain close relationships and contacts with their dealers
• Technical knowledge and support of their product portfolio
• Provide excellent customer service
• Issue and follow-up on quotations
• Handle customer requests
• Coordinate the School attendees each month (participating during lunches and/or dinners with customers)

Requirements:

Must have skills
• 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department
• A native level of the English language and excellent communication skills
• Technically literate or have affinity with technical products
• Initiative, adaptability, representative and professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
• Ability to prioritize tasks and requests
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
