Customer Support Engineer (Electronics)

You will be the person who will be responsible for assisting your clients within the EU with their technical questions (via email and telephone). Within this role you will also be repairing failed units and updating the software. You will have the ability to read and understand technical documentation and you will be able to perform debugging duties of components.


• Excellent communication skills in English. It’s a preference that you are also able to communicate in Dutch and/or French and/or German
• An excellent knowledge of electronics (including education)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and understand technical documentation
• Previous experience in Customer Care
• Team player
• Previous experience in equipment testing (preferable within avionics)
• At least some affinity with the aviation industry
