Some of your tasks will be:
Primarily, you are going to assist the marketing team by translating the marketing contents from Dutch language to German language (30%). Secondarily, you will be responsible for all customer facing aspects of the business. This means you take care of all operational aspects that relate to our customers and their issues, requests and complaints (70%). A strong communication skills, a high-level of empathy are paramount to this position. We are looking for someone who is ready to take on a variety of responsibilities while simultaneously ensuring the customers experience a service level that is simply perfect.

•Translate marketing contents, and support the marketing team
• Trouble shooting and problem solving with customers via telephone, e-mail or website messenger
• Effective use of the systems and tools available to Support Centre
• Handling escalations which are customer generated
• Contributing to overall team performance, including support and assistance of the team;
• Logging general inquiries and frequently asked questions
• Being a back up for in-house projects, related to customer satisfaction and promotions


• Experience in marketing is a plus, but strong interest to grow in the field of marketing is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (native level in German)
• Basic Dutch to talk with your colleagues
• Computer literacy
• Able to follow procedures
• Excellent customer service skills & can turn an unhappy customer into an ambassador
• Good typing skills and able to multitask
• Ready to know the products and technology inside and out
• Quickly and thoroughly solve (customer) problems (IT related questions)
• Help on tasks that pop-up all the time & be flexible towards your colleagues
