[TU/e] Why English classes in higher education?

Universities and universities of applied sciences have to come up with proper motivations for teaching in English. There should be a social debate on English in higher education, says the Education Council.
The Council is puzzled by the fact that hardly any educational institution explains the choice for the official language within their programmes. They should state that in their annual report, says the Council. (Cursor, HOP)
