About the Class

This master class will demonstrate how the concepts of destination planning and full performance alignment are key to delivering exponential sales growth.

Focus will be given on the six key requisites for exponential sales:
Objectives, plans, processes and target segments are fully aligned across the organization
A well-structured sales organization is in place
Proper sales management practices are implemented, based on the "destination planning" approach
Efficient processes exist, are followed and documented
The sales force is well-trained
There is enough capacity both in Sales and other departments to spend the time needed to sell

The "Best Practices in Sales Efficiency and Effectiveness" class will take place at the UM Campus in Brussels, a historical building near several institutions in the heart of Europe on March 27.

Who should apply

To attend, it's recommended that you have:
Three or more years of working experience at the level described in the participant profile of each master class. For more info click here.

About Sandy Vaci

The master class will be led by financial services, sales and marketing guru Sandy Vaci, Senior Adjunct Lecturer in MBA studies at Maastricht School of Management (MsM) and the Central European University (CEU) in Hungary.

Sandy has over 30 years of international experience across 50 countries on four continents with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Cadbury International, Citibank Global Consumer Bank and the Royal Bank of Canada. He is the author of four books on best business practices.
