31 July 2014 - 28 August, 9.15pm
Humanity House in The Hague will be putting its garden to use this summer by hosting outdoor screenings of some of the most popular international blockbusters that address love and friendship in the country of production!
Humanity House is cultural space and museum that focuses on humanitarian and developmental themes around the world.
The goal of the organisation is to shed light on issues that may be deemed taboo or difficult in regard to human rights, labour concerns and crises that are effecting the developing world.
As a lighter note with regard to their mission, the organisation has arranged for a series of outdoor screenings this summer in their garden.
Of the films, most are international hits that take place in countries such as Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan and reveal a cross-section of the society through a relatable narrative focusing on love and friendship.
