With nearly 30.000 kilometres of cycling lanes, bicycle culture is synonymous with life in the Netherlands. Taking place at the Netherlands Architecture Institute, this unique symposium will highlight a variety of factors surrounding today’s cyclists.
In the Netherlands, nearly 25% of trips are made on bicycle and Australian author and professor, Steven Flemming, will examine Holland’s vital cycling infrastructure.
President of the Dutch Cyclists Federation, Hugo van Steenhoven, will also present facts and figures about biking in Holland.
