[NYE 2013-2014] National New Year's FireworksOther / Rotterdam
31 December 2013 - 01 January, 11pm
The Netherlands is known for its spectacular New Year celebrations – but if you really want to bring in the New Year with a bang, come to Rotterdam!
This city boasts the most spectacular fireworks in the country, with a display running from 5pm until midnight.
The most exciting section of the night begins at 11pm, when Rotterdammers and internationals alike gather together in the Boompjeskade. The most beautiful fireworks are then set off from the iconic Erasmus Bridge, creating a stunning display which you’re sure to remember.
After the fireworks, there are countless informal parties to attend in Rotterdam’s squares, streets and bars.
