This Yuletide, one of the most beautiful examples of classical ballet will be playing in Amsterdam’s Muziektheater.

"The Sleeping Beauty" was composed by Tchaikovsky in 1890 and remains one of the great treasures of the Russian Imperial Ballet.

It tells the story of beautiful princess Aurora, who is doomed to sleep for a hundred years unless a prince can awaken her with a kiss.
