Culinair is an annual summer festival that celebrates great restaurants.
Culinair Festival: Fine dining al fresco
Over one weekend, tens of restaurants set up stalls at Leiden’s outside Yarn Market. Each of the establishments offers a selection of their best dishes, which you can then enjoy in the beautiful al fresco location. Most of the exhibiting restaurants also let visitors try their produce before investing in a meal.
A relatively new feature of the festival is its competitive edge: visitors are now encouraged to vote for their favourite dish in an official competition.
