About "The Pride"
Directed by Tom Daley and written by Alexi Kaye Campbel, "The Pride" is a thought-provoking human play about dignity, identity, choices and hope. This theatrical play centres on two parallel homosexual love stories.
The story centres on Philip (an estate agent), his wife Sylvia and young novelist Oliver. The play goes back and forth from 1958 to 2008, as the three characters might have lived, loved and dreamed during those periods.

Would love to see this in theater... my gay friend mentioned "The Pride" to me before and how it helped him mould a new life after he finally accepted the gayness in him.
I would really love to see "The Pride" in theater because I've been longing for an English speaking play in the Netherlands that brings out life-changing aspects - not merely just about humor. I believe this play will enhance me and friend's soul-searching (his heart is in the theater as well).
