About La Cucina del Sole
La Cucina del Sole, located in Amsterdam, was founded in 2001 by Nicoletta Tavella, cook, cooking teacher, culinary journalist and author, TV chef and sommelier.
At the workshop, you will learn, together with other expats, how to make wonderful pizza, the perfect risotto, fabulous pasta, great antipasti and, among others, some classic Tuscan, Neapolitan, Sicilian or Apulian dishes!

Thank you all, guys & dolls,
I received a lot of e-mails full of incredible dishes that seem to make you very hungry! :)))
From classics like lasagne and tiramisù to pappardelle with wild boar sauce, cavatelli con la rucola and pici all'aglione! (go Google those, now ;D)
Pasta and pizza seem to be all-time favourites and yet there were lots of nice and unexpected surprises among them!
But let's go to the most important part of the competition straight away. The winners, that is!
