Workshops / Amsterdam
16 November 2012, 10.30am - 4pm

Het Coachhuis, Raamweg 4
€: 75 (incl. VAT)

Stop counting calories and start counting on yourself. In this one day workshop you will learn how to gain control over your stress reactions. You will achieve greater emotional balance and learn how to eliminate emotional eating. Instead of going on another diet, we’ll teach you about going to your heart.

Jacinta Noonan and Mary Jane Roy combine their two complementary approaches in this new and unique workshop. You will discover that developing and nurturing yourself on the inside has a direct effect on what happens to you on the outside. You will learn how to recognize the stress triggers which lead to emotional eating patterns. As well, you will learn how to transform your stress reactions into supportive emotions. You will leave the workshop taking with you:
new insights about why you do what you do and how to do it differently
valuable and useful information
practical tips and suggestions that you can implement immediately

The workshop is highly interactive and will include demonstrations, pair work activities and lively discussions.
