Stop counting calories and start counting on yourself. In this one day workshop you will learn how to gain control over your stress reactions. You will achieve greater emotional balance and learn how to eliminate emotional eating. Instead of going on another diet, we’ll teach you about going to your heart.
Jacinta Noonan and Mary Jane Roy combine their two complementary approaches in this new and unique workshop. You will discover that developing and nurturing yourself on the inside has a direct effect on what happens to you on the outside. You will learn how to recognize the stress triggers which lead to emotional eating patterns. As well, you will learn how to transform your stress reactions into supportive emotions. You will leave the workshop taking with you:
› new insights about why you do what you do and how to do it differently
› valuable and useful information
› practical tips and suggestions that you can implement immediately
The workshop is highly interactive and will include demonstrations, pair work activities and lively discussions.
About the workshop coaches
› Jacinta Noonan is an international trainer, coach and speaker. She is a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society, with a BSc in Psychology. She is a professional NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner, a Certified Coach and a Certified TimeLine® therapist, and a member of International Coaching Federation.
› Mary Jane Roy is also an international trainer, coach and speaker. She trained as a Registered Nurse, is a certified stress counselor, professional NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and a registered HeartMath provider.
› Participants will receive coffee & tea, lunch, workbook, and weekly email coaching tips for 1 month after the workshop.
