Every Tuesday, Bimhuis hosts a free music workshop and jam session at the Bimhuis Café and Restaurant. Participating musicians are welcome to bring any instruments (or even only voice) and need to be ready to play at 8pm.
The emphasis of this workshop lies on the improvisation and teamwork, where beginners, advanced and performing players collaborate to learn from each other.

The workshop starts at 8pm and is led by musician / bassist / teacher Arnold Dooyeweerd. At 10pm, the evening proceeds with the session led by Jasper Blom, in collaboration with the Music Conservatory of Amsterdam.
Note that it is not necessary to register for participation and that it is possible for you to come and check out the workshop as a visitor.
